About Equip
Our Vision
Equip exists to help people encounter God deeply, grow in wholehearted discipleship, and live lives that reflect the reality of His Kingdom. We want to see disciples of Jesus build their lives on strong and healthy foundations so they can live free, stand firm, and bear fruit over the long haul.
Through initiatives like Hosting God’s Presence and Rooted, we equip individuals and churches to centre their lives on God Himself, inviting Him to bring change in us so that we can inspire change around us. Whether you’re just starting out or hungry for more, this is a place to be equipped, encouraged, and released into all God has for you.
Where it all began
When I was 19, I encountered the Holy Spirit for the first time. It was a transformational moment that stirred a longing in my heart for more of God—both personally and for more of His manifest presence in the Church. Over the years, I’ve met with God in many different ways. Some of the most precious moments have been when He’s brought deep healing and transformation to my heart.

​All that we say and do flows out of who we are on the inside. God longs to move through us by His Spirit, bringing healing, freedom and comfort to others. But for that to happen in a sustained way, we must invite Him to do a deep work in our own hearts. When we do, it enables us, as individuals and churches, to build on strong and healthy foundations —foundations that help us stand firm when storms come and bear lasting fruit.

How I minister
I love to minister out of the overflow of what God is doing in me—to lead with authenticity and transparency. Again and again, I’ve seen this create a culture of permission and safety, where many can step into the healing and freedom God has for them. As people grow in wholeness, they become more able to embrace the unique calling God has placed on their lives and to say yes to the influence He’s entrusted to them.
I’ve also witnessed the breathtaking beauty of letting God lead ministry—of learning to host His manifest presence when He comes. When we give God centre stage, we get to see Him do the things only He can do. I’m passionate about churches being full of the manifest presence of God, where our plans and agendas make way for what He wants to do in the moment. There is so much more of God for us to experience—both individually and corporately.​

It’s time for individual disciples and whole churches to be increasingly healthy, whole, and awakened to God’s glory. The more we invite Him to transform us, the more we’ll see that transformation multiplied around us.
When I’m not doing ministry, I love going for walks, finding a quiet spot to sit in my hammock, and hanging out with friends. I also love to write and have written three books - Hosting God’s presence, Leading as Sons and Daughters and Naturally Supernatural. I’m based at the King’s Arms Church in Bedford, UK.​
