My one-to-one online coaching is created to be a safe, spacious place where you can discover who you truly are, what God has entrusted to you, and how to move forward with confidence. My heart is to help you see what you carry, recognise God’s voice and leading, and take practical, faith-filled steps into the calling He has prepared for you.

Why work with me?

With over 25 years of leadership in the church and ministry, I’ve walked the highs and lows of discovering and living out a calling. As a pioneer who has started new ministries and navigated seasons of faith-stretching obedience, I understand both the exhilaration and the challenge of saying ‘yes’ to God.

There is nothing more life-giving to me than seeing people come alive as they realise who they are, what they carry, and the influence God is inviting them to have. I’m passionate about championing people as they take up their space with confidence and step into the fullness of their God-given identity.

All the details

The programme begins with three weekly sessions to help you gain clarity and direction, followed by check-ins at months two, four, and six. These all take place on zoom.

Each session is designed to support you at pivotal moments—bringing encouragement, accountability, and space to reflect and adjust as you continue stepping into your calling.

How long is the coaching programme?

The full journey takes place over six months. This gives you room to explore, act on what God is saying, reflect, and keep moving forward with confidence.

What is the time commitment?

Each session lasts 60 minutes. Between sessions, you’ll be encouraged to take simple, purposeful steps—small enough to feel manageable, but significant enough to build momentum in your calling.

Can I have additional check-ins after the 6 months?

Yes, absolutely. We can chat at the end of the programme about any ongoing support you’d find helpful.

How We’ll Work Together:

Week 1: Discover Your What and Why

See what God has placed within you:

Explore your prophetic words and identify themes—What has God been saying?
Uncover your passions—What makes you come alive? Where do you long to make a difference?
Clarify your motivation—What’s the cost of stepping into your calling, and what’s the cost of holding back?
Set your first practical step—simple, attainable, and faith-filled.

Week 2: Overcome Limitations and Opposition

Break through what holds you back:

Identify the barriers—fear, doubt, resistance, or external pressures.
Develop strategies to move forward—finding fresh courage to keep saying ‘yes’ to Jesus.
Understand the nature of opposition and build resilience.
Confirm your next steps—clear, realistic actions that build momentum.

Week 3: Define Your Next Steps and Structure

Create your practical pathway:

Look at the real-life details—relationships, time, resources, and finances.
Solidify your next steps so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” — Proverbs 3:5–6

Ongoing Check-ins (Months 2, 4, and 6)

Celebrate, reflect, and keep moving:
Celebrate breakthroughs and moments of courage.
Work through challenges with fresh encouragement and clarity.
At the 6-month point, reflect on the whole journey—identifying insights that will shape how you continue growing in your calling.

The above gives a rough outline of each session, but actual content will very much depend on how the Holy Spirit leads us in the moment.
